Shipping Policy
We offer free recorded delivery for all orders to the United Kingdom. We have an option for next day delivery at check-out. We ship internationally for an additional shipping fee which is calculated when you check-out. Shipping is tracked and requires a signature on arrival.

Please note that during the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer than usual. This is due to delays within the postal systems we use. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please order well in advance for gifts or choose the next day delivery options at check out.
We take great pride hand packing each item in to one of our silk pouches or gift boxes, so it arrives looking beautiful.

Deliveries to EU
Please note that the rules around parcels being sent to EU countries from England, Scotland and Wales have changed following Brexit. The recipient of a parcel sent to an EU country may have to pay VAT or customs charges and a handling fee before they can receive it. This does not affect items sent from Northern Ireland to the EU. There should be no charge if the order is below £135 but there has been the odd instance when our customers have been charged anyway. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please send us any items you would like to return or exchange by post, ideally recorded delivery, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all RubyKite garment tags and labels attached.
If you would like a refund we will refund you the price you paid, less any postage, using the same payment method. We will do this when the return arrives back with us and send you a message when we have made the refund.
If you would like to exchange any items just let us know what you’d like to change it for. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this for you.
If the item has been worn we would prefer it, if you don’t return it.
