A hand illustrated Cushion printed to 46cm x 46cm, from our Runners design in blue and slate. We’ve printed these on peace silk which is pretty special as it allows the complete metamorphosis of the silkworm to a butterfly. And they feel beautiful too. Backed with a heavy weight slate grey linen and finished with black piping.
Each cushion includes a generous fill duck feather pad with 100% cotton lining. We can supply a hollow fibre cushion pad if preferred - please add a note at check-out.

“RUNNERS” COLOUR STORY
I was sorting through a box of discarded artworks and came across this silk screen print, inspired by my Saluki, Mabel. I remember getting cross that the stencil broke and slipped on the screen, making for imperfect registration. Looking at it now though, it is the imperfection that I like - the half missing dogs and cut off tails; visual peculiarities that have made “Runners” all the more interesting and rather perfectly imperfect.
