This is our Moorland large silk scarf printed to 130cm x 130cm.
The image is taken from our “Moorland” series of paintings onto gypsum; creating wonderfully abstract textures on a large scale. Trimmed with a lime silk chiffon edging for extra contrast.
 
We hand wrap this beautiful large silk scarf in one of our gorgeous silk pouches (made using off-cuts from our “Tree” silk scarves), so it arrives looking special and provides a great way to store your scarf. Both packing and postage is included in the price shown.

“MOORLAND” COLOUR STORY
Our studio is near The River Thames and we are surrounded by beautiful moorlands and pastures that are wonderful to walk in. The colours change through each season and are inspirational in so many ways. The mixed media piece used on our new “Moorland” art scarves and accessories was painted on gypsum to create a chalky palette of Autumnal hues. The textures from the original piece which include fine carved lines, are greatly magnified and create wonderfully abstract detail on a large scale.
